Xolani Lubisi murder case postponed

The murder case involving Xolani Lubisi has been postponed to 28 September 2026 to allow those who intend to apply for legal aid to do so.

Seven suspects five men and two women appeared before the Kabokweni Magistrate’s Court today.

The suspects will remain in custody until their next court appearance.

Before the matter was adjourned, Accused No. 6 reportedly raised concerns that other individuals allegedly linked to the case were still at large, and called for further arrests.
