Truck Breakdown Sparks Danger on R40
Motorists traveling along the R40 between White River and Hazyview are urged to exercise extreme caution due to a dangerous situation at the Big 5 petrol station. A truck, which appears to have experienced a brake fire, is currently positioned halfway across the road.
While the fire has reportedly been extinguished, the vehicle remains in a hazardous position, obstructing part of the roadway and posing a risk to oncoming traffic. Authorities have not yet confirmed whether recovery operations are underway.
