POLICE STEP UP PATROLS IN MPUMALANGA AS GUNMEN FLEE SCENE

Police have intensified patrols across parts of Mpumalanga following an incident on the N4 Schoemanskloof yesterday in which armed men fled the scene.

Law enforcement teams have been deployed to strategic areas as officers work to trace those involved and establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police are following up on information that could lead to the men’s whereabouts, while patrols have been increased in surrounding areas.

Members of the public have been urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity or information that could assist the investigation.
