ECD PRACTITIONERS UNITE FOR BETTER EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT IN BUSHBUCKRIDGE

On 20 October 2026, Early Childhood Development (ECD) practitioners, both women and men, joined community members at Maviljan in Bushbuckridge Municipality to advocate for better conditions and improved services to support young children.
The gathering highlighted key concerns, including safe roads, access to clean water, adequate infrastructure and recognition of ECD practitioners. Through collective action, participants are calling for meaningful changes to ensure children have access to safer and better learning environments.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening early childhood development and building a better future for the children of Bushbuckridge.
