Three people lost their lives earlier today around 05h00 in a collision involving four
vehicles on the N4 toll road near Woestalleen and Arnot turn-off towards Belfast. The
vehicles involved are two light delivery vehicles (LDVs), an articulated truck, and a
minibus.

The deceased included two children and an adult female who were occupants of the
mini-bus.

Two people were seriously injured while 14 other people escaped with slight injuries.

The cause of the crash is not known at this point. The probe is underway. Emergency
personnel and law enforcement officers are already at the scene with a view of
controlling traffic and investigating this crash.
