The blame game between Nkomazi Municipality and Public Works over the deteriorating road to Tonga Hospital is leaving residents stranded and emergencies unanswered—while officials pass responsibility around.

Municipal spokesperson Cyril Ripinga insists, “They built it, they must fix it!” Meanwhile, Public Works spokesperson Bongani Dlamini fires back, “Not our road, not our problem!”
