SACBW Nelspruit Welcomes New Leader at Year-End Event

The South African Council of Business Women (SACBW) Nelspruit concluded its year with a vibrant event at Southern Sun Emnotweni on December 5. This monthly gathering of local businesswomen fosters networking, mutual support, and professional development through unique discussions and activities.

This month’s event featured a leadership transition as Blessing Sunday was introduced as the new SACBW Nelspruit leader. Outgoing leader Tracy-Erin Duggan, who has served for three years, warmly welcomed Sunday to her new role.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Blessing over the past few years and can confidently say she is enthusiastic and well-qualified for this challenge,” said Duggan. “I am excited for the future of the branch and wish her all the best.”

Regional leader Estelle Roe expressed her gratitude to Duggan for her dedication and achievements during her tenure. “Under Tracy-Erin Duggan’s leadership, the Nelspruit branch earned the prestigious title of SACBW Branch of the Year 2024. She has elevated the branch to new heights, and we look forward to its continued growth under Blessing Sunday’s guidance,” Roe said.

Duggan will remain an active member of the council, as the Nelspruit committee prepares to host the National Gala in Mbombela in 2025.
