A fatal accident occurred near the White River Country Estate turn-off early on the morning of December 6, claiming one life.

Martin Jeffrey from Emer-G-Med reported that the collision involved a clipper truck and a light delivery vehicle (LDV). Emergency responders received the call at approximately 02:20.

“Upon arriving at the scene, we found that the driver of the LDV had collided with the rear of the clipper truck. Sadly, he was declared dead on the scene due to the severity of his injuries. The truck driver was unharmed,” said Jeffrey.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
