The Changes and Challenges of Being a First-Time Mom

Becoming a first-time mom can be incredibly challenging, especially when you have little to no help. Many new moms feel overwhelmed, unsure of how to care for their newborns, and often lose themselves in the process.

The sleepless nights, constant crying, and the exhaustion from round-the-clock care can be physically and emotionally draining. It’s common to feel unsure if you’re doing things right, and your body goes through changes that can affect your self-esteem. Weight fluctuations, stretch marks, and a changed belly are just a few of the physical reminders of the transformation motherhood brings.
